How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders require 3-5 business days for production and processing. After production, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days within the United States. The total estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that tracking number to follow your package status.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@americanbikergear.store. If your order has not entered production yet, we will do our best to help. Once an order is in production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do you accept returns?

Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, we may not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or incorrect personalization entered by the customer.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@americanbikergear.store with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the package. Our support team will review the issue and help with a replacement or refund if eligible.
